Booking Details and Information
Our historical Linn Canyon Lodge has indoor areas that comfortably seat 40 people for dinner and 75 people for receptions or casual gatherings. For larger groups we expand into our beautiful outdoor space. Tents of various sizes, as well as tables, chairs, heaters, stage and dance floor, and more, are available to rent from our local vendors. We will help guide through this process and will provide a list of things you may need for your event.
All events at Linn Canyon Ranch are produced by our own chef Trudy Linn and her exceptional staff. Trudy will discuss menu possibilities with you and together we will work through the details of your day. During all phases of your event we will help you as little or as much as you need. Please check with us for current pricing and menu choices. All beverages served to your guests will be chosen and provided by you.
The lodge at Linn Canyon Ranch is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, host a company retreat, or gather with a group of special friends. We will set the scene that you want and handle all of the details, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy your guests or to direct your meetings. The payment of the the site fee is the deposit that holds your date. It gives you exclusive use of the Linn Canyon Ranch for your event, including dressing areas, restrooms, the ceremony site, parking and wood on the bonfire. Once this commitment has been made we make your date unavailable to anyone else and the deposit is nonrefundable. We accept check, Visa, or Mastercard for payment.
Fee for large outdoor wedding: $1800
Small Indoor Wedding: $500
Site fees for other private events will be based on the specific needs and size of the event.

Let us escort the wedding party and honored guests to the wedding ceremony site in an authentic covered wagon pulled by one of our teams of beautiful Percheron draft horses. This is a practical and aesthetic option that also provides a beautiful western photo opportunity. Two teams and two wagons available.
Luxury sleeping tents are available as a package for your event. We also have 12 plus camping sites available on the Friday and Saturday nights of your event weekend. The bathroom facilities with individual showers in the lodge are available to all guests, towels included, and there will be morning coffee served in the lodge.

The Bride's Ride
Take time to relax before "the big day", grab a horse and go for a scenic ride through the foothills behind the ranch. One of our guides will take you and your guests up to a secluded meadow where a gourmet picnic lunch will be served. You'll enjoy having plenty of time to bask in the peace and quiet with the company of your family and friends.
Gather with your friends and family once again on the morning after your event for hugs and farewells over a ranch style brunch.
